General Policies

Products are returnable within the applicable return window mentioned on the product detail page, only if the product received is damaged, has missing parts or accessories, is defective, or differs from the description provided on the product detail page on laptopwala.net. Customers can request a replacement unless otherwise specified on the product detail page.

Return and Replacement Conditions:

  1. Damaged or Missing Parts/Accessories: The laptopwala team will contact the customer to confirm details of the damage/missing parts/accessories before issuing the replacement.

  2. Different from Description: The laptopwala team will arrange for a pick-up from the customer’s registered location and proceed with the replacement.

  3. Defective Products:

    • Laptops, Desktops, and Accessories: The laptopwala team will guide the customer and connect them to the brand for online troubleshooting. Resolution will depend on the brand technician’s report.

    • Products Eligible for Home Service: The laptopwala team will schedule the technician’s visit to the customer’s registered location, and a resolution will be provided based on the technician’s report.

Replacement Will Be Processed Only If:

  • The product was not damaged while in the customer’s possession.

  • The product matches the one originally shipped.

  • The product is returned in its original condition, including the brand/manufacturer box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and all in-the-box accessories.

Additional Policies:

  1. Digital Products: Customers must ensure all personal information is removed before returning or replacing devices. Laptopwala is not liable for the misuse of such data.

  2. Non-Returnable Products: Products marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Non-Replaceable” on the product detail page are not eligible for return or replacement.

  3. Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within two working days once the product is received by laptopwala. Depending on the payment mode, the refund may take 7-8 working days.

  4. Free Gifts: Free gifts are not eligible for return and are not covered under warranty.

  5. Store Collections: Products collected directly from the store and reported damaged afterward will not be eligible for return or replacement.

  6. Personal Care Products: Not eligible for return or replacement due to hygiene reasons.

Laptopwala reserves the right to change, amend, or otherwise modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.

Return/Refund Not Eligible When:

  • Buyer’s remorse, including a change of mind or incorrect product/model/color ordered.

  • The product has been installed or is in use and works as specified by the brand.

  • The product has been tampered with or has a missing serial number/IMEI.

  • The product has been relocated from the original delivery address registered for installation/demonstration.

  • The refund window has expired; such products will be repaired as per brand warranty terms.

  • Products fall under software, video games (CD/DVD), printer cartridges, or other consumable items.

  • Performance or software issues are not as per expectations (e.g., heating or lagging). Customers must visit the nearest laptopwala store or authorized brand service center for inspection.

  • Software-related issues.

  • Products marked as non-eligible for replacement/refund on laptopwala.net.

  • Free gifts.

Laptopwala return/replacement policy applies exclusively to purchases of laptops, computers, and their accessories made from laptopwala.net. Service facilitation charges are applicable for all carry-in products accepted at stores under GAN facilitation.
